Piper's Parties started at the end of 2022, when husband-and-wife duo Kobus and Tyla Labuschagne began styling balloon displays and party decor for their own children's birthdays in Swadlincote.
The name is a tribute to our daughter, Piper — the very first parties we styled were hers, so it was, quite literally, a 'Piper's Party.' Friends and family kept asking who did the decorations, and the encouragement to turn it into something bigger stuck.
What began as simple balloon creations for our own family has grown into a full-service event decor business, now offering everything from organic balloon garlands and light-up numbers to bouncy castle and soft play hire, across Swadlincote, Burton upon Trent, Ashby de la Zouch, and the surrounding South Derbyshire villages.
We're a family of six, based in Swadlincote for the past seven years, and every display we build still carries the same standard we set out with for Piper's own parties — because for us, this has never stopped being personal.
